The first containers with shrimp sailed from ports in the northeast of the country towards Europe a few days ago.

Moderate rise in June fishing landings

In June a total of 1,159,500 tonnes of fishing resources was landed in Peruvian ports, a volume that represents a rise of 5.8 per cent compared with the same month of 2012, when landings totalled 1,095,900 tonnes.
