Ca Mau: Shrimp seed to hit 8 billion pieces in 2016

Jan-May 2016: Rise in Vietnam tuna sales to China & ASEAN

According to the statistics of Vietnam Customs, tuna sales in May 2016 hit nearly US$38.45 million, down 7.3% over the same period. The figure in first 5 months of this year estimated at US$179.9 million, down 4% year on year.

Ho Chi Minh City: Ornamental fish sales hit US$7 million

Tuy An (Phu Yen): Up 27% in fish catch

Vietnam - leading shrimp supplier to Japan

(seafood.vasep.com.vn) Vietnam shrimp exports to Japan reported the year-on-year reduction in Jan, Feb 2016; went up in March and continued the fall in April. In Jan-Apr 2016, shrimp sales from Vietnam to the market downed 0.1% to reach US$145,7 million.
