List of Vietnamese prestigious seafood exporters in 2015 announced

(seafood.vasep.com.vn) On Dec 6th 2016, the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) promulgated the Decision No. 4769/QĐ-BCT to approve the list of local prestigious exporters for 2015. Of that, there were 45 seafood companies.

Viet Nam - the largest supplier of frozen yellowfin tuna to Italy

In Jan-Aug 2016, Italy’s tuna imports totaled US$563 million, up 5.3% compared to the same period in 2015. In late 2016, thanks to higher demand for holidays, tuna imports into the country expected to continue the rise.

Viet Nam exports pangasius to 140 markets
