South Korea purchased 2,721 MT surimi of Gepimex 404
(vasep.com.vn) In October 2013, Gepimex 404 Company shipped 463 MT of seafood products abroad for US$730 thousand. In which, products processed by the company were 435 MT worth US$658 thousand; the rest was entrusted exports.
Through October 2013, Gepimex 404 exported 4,088 MT of seafood products valued at US$6.6 million. The company earned back US$276 thousand from export of 153 MT of pangasius to Germany, Hong Kong, the U.S., Guam, Thailand and China.
It also sold 2,721 MT of surimi products to South Korea for a year-to-date value of US$3.5 million. Other 4 MT were sent to China through other entrusted exporter.
