(seafood.vasep.com.vn) The “Moringa Noodles Salad” product by Sa Giang Import-Export Corporation was honored as one of the “Top 10 Winning Products” at the THAIFEX – Anuga taste Innovation Show 2026, held as part of THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026 in Bangkok.
Notably, Sa Giang’s “Moringa Noodles Salad” was recognized as one of Asia’s most innovative food products. It was also the only Vietnamese product to achieve this impressive distinction at THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026.
According to the event organizers, the product combines Vietnamese culinary inspiration with modern nutrition trends. The noodles are enriched with moringa, featuring a natural green color without artificial coloring, and are served with soy-based sauce, mild chili flavor, seaweed, and crispy fried shallots. The product targets consumers seeking convenient, balanced, and plant-based meal options.
Sa Giang has long specialized in processing rice-based products, shrimp chips, and value-added foods. The recognition of its product at a major international food exhibition highlights the company’s efforts in developing value-added products, utilizing local ingredients, and adapting to emerging consumer trends.
