On the other hand, due to the scarcity of raw materials, many processing plants were operating only 20 - 30% of capacity, moderately operated or suspended. Besides, price of seafood materials in the international market is increasing, enterprises must spend additional costs for taxes, shipping ... make production costs rise, profits decrease.
