Khanh Hoa: Capture production hit 53,500 MT
(vasep.com.vn) In the first 7 months of 2013, fish landings of the province amounted to 53,500 MT, equal to 63 percent of the yearly plan on the back of favourable weather conditions and efforts from the State in supporting off-shore fishing activities.
Its aquaculture production during the period touched 10,223 MT, equal to 51 percent of the yearly plan. In which, freshwater aquaculture output was 129 MT; saltwater and brackishwater aquaculture output was 10,094 MT.
