Khanh Hoa: Aquaculture output reached 2,850 MT

In the first 2 months of 2011, the aquaculture output of Khanh Hoa province was estimated at 2,850 MT, including 400 MT of black tiger shrimp, 150 MT of lobster, 950 MT of fresh seaweed, 400 MT of marine fish and 950 MT of mollusks. Shrimp seed production was 460 billion species.

Currently, the price of whiteleg shrimp remains at high level of the average from 80,000 to 83,000 VND per kg (count 100 pc/kg), so whiteleg shrimp farmers benefit much.
