(vasep.com.vn) Baker & McKenzie law firm said that Japanese Mutsui & Co has spent VND400 billion on buying over 30 percent of Minh Phu Seafood Corp’s shares in its affiliate Minh Phu – Hau Giang Seafood Processing Company (MPHG). MPHG’s share was sold at VND15,000.
