30% of VietGAP certified aquaculture farms in 2015

Slight reduction in Vietnam pangasius harvested yield

(vasep.com.vn) Total pangasius exports in Q3/2014 was US$ 452.05 million, up 5.8% year on year. Pangasius exports in the first 9 months of 2014 worth US$ 1.276 billion, up 0.2% year on year. Pangasius is the second most exported seafood, after shrimp, with the proportion of 22% in total seafood export value of Vietnam.
