SBV issued four new circulars to simplify administrative procedures

(vasep.com.vn) The Prime Minister of Vietnam has approved a project to simplify administrative procedures on every aspect of public administration according to the Decision No. 30/QĐ-TTg. To realize the third phase of the project, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued four Circulars No. 23, No. 24, No. 25, and No. 26/2011/TT-NHNN (dated 31st August 2011) on simplifying administrative procedures on currency, foreign currency activities, banks’ establishment and operations, payment activities.
