The new rule will negatively affect export operation of Vietnam Clean Seafood Corporation (Vina Cleanfood) to this market. In 2011, Japan accounted for 55 percent of the company’s earnings from exports, the result dropped to 30 percent this year.

Tuna exports to the U.S. reduced slightly
