(vasep.com.vn) On April 5th 2013, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) issued the official letter No. 1148/BNN-TCTS suggesting that Mekong Delta provinces should stabilize pangasius production after US Department of Commerce (DOC)’s determination on the anti-dumping duty imposed on frozen pangasius fillets originated from Vietnam.
