VASEP PROTESTS AGAINST DOC’S PRELIMINARY DECISION ON COUNTERVAILING DUTY ON VIETNAM SHRIMP

On 29th of May 2013, preliminary decision on countervailing made by the US Department of Commerce (DOC) was published on Federal Register concluded that Vietnam exported shrimp was subsidized by its government. As results, Vietnam shrimp exporters are subjected to high countervailing duty.
