Seafood took major part in Vietnam’s total exports to Egypt
(vasep.com.vn) In the first 3 months of 2014, Vietnam’s export turnover to Egypt reached US$81.42 million, up 40.7 percent year on year, according to Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Out of total exports to Egypt, agro-seafood items remained to gain the largest revenue of US$28.94 million. The figure accounted for 35.5 percent of the country’s total exports to the market.
Of which, seafood exports earned US$16.11 million, up 9.2 percent; pepper export turnover was US$10.76 million, coffee with US$2.06 million.
