(seafood.vasep.com.vn) Thanks to the application of Japanese-standard dehydration technology, “made in Khanh Hoa” sea grapes are increasingly favored by both domestic and international markets.

In the Hon Khoi coastal area (Ninh Hoa town), sea grape farming is developing strongly, forming a strong linkage chain among farmers – enterprises – local authorities. Farmers shift from shrimp farming to sea grape cultivation, while enterprises purchase, process and export - creating jobs, increasing income and stabilizing livelihoods.
Currently, Đong Ninh Hoa ward has about 40 hectares of sea grape farms, producing over 700 tons annualy. Several products have achieved OCOP certification from 3 stars upward, notably Tri Tin Dehydrated Sea Grapes, which earned a 5-star status - the highest in the province.
Tri Tin Co., Ltd. plays a central role in the linkage chain, pioneering Japanese technology to preserve freshness and crispness while meeting HACCP and HALAL certifications. As a result, Khanh Hoa sea grapes are now exported to Japan, South Korea, the U.S and Europe.
Enterprises such as Tri Tin, DT Group, Xuan Quang, MUTIMEAL and Goya Vietnam not only purchase products but also provide technical support, build branding and ensure stable market access for farmers.
The collaboration among authorities, enterprises and farmers are propelling Khanh Hoa’s sea grape industry toward a green, sustainable marine economy with high export value.
