Vietnam’s aquatic product exports hit 2.8 billion USD

Vietnam’s aquatic product export turnover reached 618 million USD in May, pushing the total figure in the first five months of 2017 to 2.8 billion USD, a year-on-year rise of 10.4 percent, reported the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The US, Japan, China and the Republic of Korea were leading importers of Vietnamese aquatic products, which accounted for 53.5 percent of the country’s export value.
