(seafood.vasep.com.vn) Vietnam’s seafood exports started 2026 with an impressive 30.6% year-on-year increase in January, reaching more than USD 1.01 billion compared with USD 774 million in the same period of 2025. However, this growth was largely driven by technical and seasonal factors, while the outlook for February is being shaped by the combined effects of the Lunar New Year holiday and evolving trade policy developments in the U.S. market.
