CL-FISH CORP: Focusing on pangasius farming and investing in aquatic feed processing plant in 2022

(seafood.vasep.com.vn) At the Annual shareholders meeting of 2021, CL-FISH CORP said, the company had planned to reach net revenue of 1,400 billion VND and profit before tax of 80 billion VND. However, it only achieved 86.6% and 59.7% respectively of the target. The company had also set a target of exporting 17,000 tons of finished pangasius with a total value of 40 million USD, but the actual result in 2021 only achieved 61% and 62.5% of the plan.

IDI Corp builds a new pangasius processing factory to meet increasing demand

Currently, IDI Corp has two factories with the capacity of 150 tons/day and 300 tons/day, respectively. The factories have been operating at full capacity but have not yet met customer demand in late 2021 and early 2022.

POR17: NTSF Seafood not subject anti-dumping duty on exporting pangasius to the US

(seafood.vasep.com.vn) On March 21, 2022, Federal Register issued an announcement of the US Department of Commerce about the final results of the administrative review of anti-dumping tax (POR17) on frozen pangasius imported from Vietnam in the period from August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020. During this review, NTSF SEAFOOD enjoys a 0% anti-dumping tax when exporting frozen pangasius fillets to the US.

Vietnam exports of pangasius, cephalopod and crab to China skyrocketed by 240%
