Vietnam and the U.S reached a consensus on a framework for a fair and balanced reciprocal trade agreement at the 2025 ASEAN Summit, many positive details in the joint statement has heightened expectations for Vietnamese exports, including tuna. However, the transition from these expectations into tangible benefits remains is a challenging process.
