The province of Nghe An now has nine industrial-scale establishments processing and trading frozen seafood (of which only two ones having EU codes), three fish meal plants and more than 350 fish sauce producers and seafood processing villages which concentrate in districts of Quynh Luu and Dien Chau. On average, these establishments buy and process more than 15,000MT of products, accounting for 20-30 percent of provincial capture landings.
