More fisheries unions established in Quang Nam
Two more fisheries unions have been established in Duy Hai and Duy Nghia communes in Duy Xuyen district, the central coastal province of Quang Nam, raising the number of such unions in the province to four, with more than 400 members.
Currently, Hau Loc district is implementing many measures to boost fishing and farming activities to fulfill its target of reaching over 30 thousand tons.
Along with fishing and aquaculture, fisheries logistics and service have been enhanced. Also, processing activities have been developed and focused in key fisheries communities such as Ngu Loc, Hoa Loc,Da Loc and Minh Loc. These have been contributing to creating jobs, increasing incomes and improving thousand of fishermen’s life.
