KIHUSEA to list 5.6 million shares on HNX

The company with VND56.02 billion of charter capital registered to list 5.602 million shares on HNX. The structure of its shareholders includes: Domestic shareholders: Individuals: 86.1 percent, Organizations: 13.9 percent. KIHUSEA is headquartered at No 14A, Tan Dien hamlet, Giuc Tuong commune, Chau Thanh district, Kien Giang province.

The company’s main activities are processing and exporting marine finfish, and cephalopods. In 2010, the company gained VND240 billion of sales and VND10 billion of post-tax profit. In 2011, the company expects to raise its sales and post-tax profit to VND321.5 billion and VND13.6 billion, respectively.
