VASEP Highlight - Nov. 2025: Surimi

In the first 10 months of 2025, Vietnam’s fish cake and surimi exports recorded stronger-than-expected growth, reaching USD 292 million, up 24% compared to the same period last year. This momentum was driven by recovering demand in major markets such as South Korea, Thailand, China, and especially the EU—a region that is rapidly expanding consumption of convenient processed products.
