In this context, bringing shrimp back to the domestic market is not only a temporary solution but could also become a long-term strategy, creating a second pillar alongside exports.

This is a sustainable aquaculture model that helps protect forests, adapt to climate change, and provide stable livelihoods for local communities.

To effectively leverage its existing advantages, the locality has launched the brackish ưater shrimp farming development project for the 2023–2025 period with a vision to 2030. The project aims to improve productivity and quality, protect the ecological environment, and adapt to climate change.
