Ntaco Corp said its fish oil-fishmeal plant in My Quy Industrial Zone, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province came operation as of October 2009. Currently, the company sign contracts to sell 70 percent of its fish oil-fishmeat output to Taiwanese customers.
Along with the fish oil-fishmeal plant, the aqua-feed plant, packaging plant, and Pangasius farms which provide raw fish for export processing also contribute to increasing its revenue and profits in 2009.
According to the statistics of Vietnam Customs, in 2009, Ntaco exported more than 7,200MT of Pangasius for a value of US$16 million.
