Hai Phong’s Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has complied with the instructions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) on ensuring hygiene and safety during fishing, farming and seafood processing, jointly organizing campaigns to popularize regulations on no use of banned chemicals and antibiotics in production and trading seafood to fishing vessel owners, purchasing units, processing plants, etc. to strengthen inspection on hygiene and food safety assurance in farming and processing units.
