The VASEP is pleased to present the video “Opportunities and Challenges for Vietnam’s Fisheries Industry in Participation in the EVFTA” to esteemed businesses, associations, and the Govenment agencies. The video was produced by a group of students from the Institute of Business and Management - Hanoi University of Finance and Banking (FBU) as part of their “International Trade Agreements” course. The product reflects the perspective of the younger, dynamic, creative, and proactive generation in addressing important economic and trade issues of the country. In the video, the students analyze the advantages that the EVFTA brings to Vietnam’s fisheries industry, while highlighting the challenges that businesses need to identify and overcome to effectively exploit the agreement’s commitments. Based on research of professional literature and synthesis of practical data, the group has developed content that is visually appealing, accessible, and relatable, suitable for viewers with professional backgrounds as well as those new to the EVFTA. VASEP hopes the video will provide viewers with a comprehensive, up-to-date, and valuable perspective on the development of Vietnam's fisheries industry in the context of deeper integration into the global economy .
