Decree No. 12/2020/ND-CP: Ceasing effect of article 63, point c clause 1 article 64, point b clause 2 and clause 3 article 65 of government's decree no. 26/2019/nd-cp dated march 08, 2019 providing guidelines for implementation of the law on fisheries

On January 20, 2020, the Government promulgates a Decree No. 12/2020/ND-CP to cease effect of Article 63, Point c Clause 1 Article 64, Point b Clause 2 and Clause 3 Article 65 of Government's Decree No. 26/2019/ND-CP dated March 08, 2019 providing guidelines for implementation of the Law on fisheries.
