“Cái khó bó cái khôn”<br><br>Nuôi tôm theo quy trình VietGAP, bao gồm rất nhiều tiêu chí đánh giá từ con giống, thức ăn, hóa chất, chăm sóc quản lý… đều phải được chứng nhận đủ tiêu chuẩn.<br><br>Tuy nhiên, khi thực hiện áp dụng những tiêu chí này thì điều mà những người nuôi tôm lo lắng nhất là giá thành chi phí đầu vào tăng cao trong khi đó giá bán của sản phẩm áp dụng quy trình VietGAP không cao hơn là mấy so với mô hình không áp dụng VietGAP. Nếu đáp ứng được những tiêu chí như đảm bảo an toàn dịch bệnh, an toàn môi trường, an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm, chất lượng sản phẩm… mà người dân không có lãi nhiều, trong khi phải tái đầu tư cho sản xuất lớn thì đó là vấn đề không nhỏ với người dân. Bên cạnh đó, nghề nuôi tôm ở nước ta chủ yếu là những hộ, cơ sở nuôi nhỏ lẻ, cơ sở hạ tầng còn kém, tính cộng đồng chưa cao, sản lượng thấp… nên việc tuân thủ, áp dụng đúng và đủ các tiêu chí sẽ gặp nhiều khó khăn. <br>Tìm hướng giải quyết<br><br>Khó khăn trong nước là vậy, nhưng để VietGAP được công nhận ở thị trường quốc tế thì cần phải có quá trình. Chính vì thế, việc áp dụng VietGAP trước mắt sẽ dành cho những doanh nghiệp sản xuất có diện tích nuôi lớn, theo hình thức thâm canh và bán thâm canh. Sau đó, tuyên truyền rộng rãi đến các hộ dân tham gia, có cơ chế khuyến khích người dân tham gia mô hình này. Các hộ và cơ sở nuôi nhỏ lẻ cần liên kết lại với nhau để được cấp giấy chứng nhận đạt tiêu chuẩn cho từng vùng nuôi.<br><br>Hiện nay, Bộ NN&PTNT cũng đang tiếp tục hợp tác chặt chẽ với các tổ chức quốc tế như: GlobalGAP, ASCC… để tạo điều kiện cho các cơ sở nuôi xuất khẩu đạt chứng nhận tiêu chuẩn, nghiên cứu các thị trường bán lẻ ở châu Âu và các thị trường khác để giới thiệu sản phẩm và đám phán với đối tác để sản phẩm VietGAP có giá bán cao hơn.<br>
