The Circular No.02: National technical standards on food safety for processing plants of fish sauce, fermented seafood products and dried seafood for human consumption

(vasep.com.vn) In January 9th 2012, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) promulgated the Circular No. 02/2012/TT-BNNPTNT, comprising 3 national technical standards on food safety in processing plants of fish sauce, fermented products and dried seafood for human consumption as follows:

1. National technical standards on processing plants of fish sauce - Standards on food safety Notation: QCVN 02 - 16: 2012/BNNPTNT

2. National technical standards on processing plants of dried seafood - Standards on food safety. Notation: QCVN 02 - 17: 2012/BNNPTNT

3. National technical standards on processing plants of fermented seafood products - Standards on food safety. Notation: QCVN 02 - 18: 2012/BNNPTNT.

The Circular repealed provision 5 and 6, Article 1 of the circular No. 47/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated July 31st 2009 of MARD on national technical standards on food safety in seafood processing.

The Circular took effect after 45 days since the date of signing.
