Establishment of a group aimed at drawing up and building the Circular related to seafood quarantine which amending and replacing the Circular 06/2010/TT-BNNPTNT
(vasep.com.vn) On April 3rd 2013, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) issued the Decision No. 701/QĐ-BNN-TY on establishing a group specialized in drawing up and building the Circular amending and replacing MARD’s Circular 06/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated Feb 2nd 2010 in terms of seafood quarantining procedures.
The group is responsible for implementing tasks described in the article 28 of MARD’s Circular 28/2009/TT-BNNPTNT of June 2nd 2009 and complying with current regulations.
The Decision took effect since the date of signing. The group will be dissolved after finishing its tasks.
