The 5 principles include: (1) To ensure that price can cover actual production costs; (2) Timely adjust prices when factors change; (3) Currency used is VND and area unit used is hectare (ha). Each cost is analyzed, specified with quantity, value, and time of the spending; (4) Calculate cost per unit with the unit of VND/kilogram (VND/ kg); (5) The yield is MT/ hectare.
