(vasep.com.vn) In August 13th 2012, Ministry of Finance (MoF) issued the Circular No. 133/2012/TT-BTC stipulating regulations on collecting, paying and managing licensing fee for setting up representative offices of foreign traders in Vietnam.
Accordingly, since October 1st 2012, the licensing fee for these offices and fee for extension of operation duration will be increased by VND1.5 – 2 million.
Specifically, VND3 million for grating a new license, increasing about VND2 million in comparison with the previous level. In case of fees for re-issuance, amendment or supplementation and extension of operation duration, the fee level is VND1.5 million per license.
All fees collected must be sent to national budget pursuant to chapter, type, provision, article, sub- article in the current annex of national budget.
This Circular comes into effect from October 1st 2012.
