Shrimp farmers envision brighter prospects for their industry and exports next year as production recovers from disease and many target markets recover from economic slowdowns.

The certified shrimp was grown in ponds of total area of 5.71 hectares, providing an estimated production of 16 MT per year. The certificate will be validated until November 2015.
