Solving troubles relating to environmental protection tax
(vasep.com.vn) On December 6th 2012, the Government Office sent Ministry of Finance (MOF) the official letter No. 9993/VPCP-QHQT on solving problems relating to environmental protection tax.
The Government Office suggested MOF along with authorities, relevant Associations to discuss to find out a solution for problems relating to application, implementation of legal regulations on environmental protection tax.
In December 2012, MOF must submit the result of the implementation to the Prime Minister of the Government.
