Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the decree on enterprise registration
(vasep.com.vn) On January 9th 2013, the Government has issued the Decree No. 05/2013/ND-CP on amending and supplementing a number of articles of provisions on administrative procedures of Government’s Decree No. 43/2010/ND-CP dated April 15th, 2010 on enterprise registration.
Accordingly, the Decree No. 05/2013/ND-CP amended the clause 4 Article 7; supplemented Article 8a, 8b, 8c at behind of Article 8; amended and supplemented the Article 57 of the Decree No. 43/2010/ND-CP.
The Decree takes effect on February 25th, 2013.
