(vasep.com.vn) Hung Vuong Corporation (Hung Vuong Corp) claimed their investment of US$ 30 million to build a seafood processing plant and cold storage in Russia. The plant construction will start in 2015.

Vietnamese pangasius processors in the Mekong Delta are failing to meet exports orders due to a decline in production as farmers struggle to operate under high production costs and low prices.

According to statistics from Vietnam Customs, through the middle of March, India imported US$2.7 million of pangasius products, a 45-percent rise over the same period last year.

In the past 2 months, Vinh Long agricultural authorities has supported 330,000 farmers with fish fingerlings to develop fish farming project in rice fields.

(vasep.com.vn) In 8 initial months of 2014, Seafood Import Export And Processing Joint Stock Company (Cadovimex II) earned US$ 30 million from pangasius exports. From now till the end of the year, Cadovimex II accelerates pangasius to get US$ 20 million, driving all year export turnover to reach US$ 50 million.

Until 31st May 2015, files include registration form issued by Vietnam Pangasius Association, notarized copy of certificates for food safety and hygiene and notarized copy of contracts.
