So far this year, Mekongfish has remained exports to foreign markets with a higher export price. It also ensured raw material supply from its own farming areas. In addition, the company realized efficient investments that contributed to good business results.
According to statistics from Vietnam Customs, in first seven months of 2011, Mekongfish Co ranked the 18th among Vietnam leading exporters with the export volume of 7,200 MT, worth US$16.8 million.
This year, the company plans to reach VND550 billion of revenue, US$25 million of export value. It also strives to harvest 3,500 MT of raw pangasius and export 12,000 MT of pangasius.
