To implement this plan, in coastal aquaculture, farmers will be allocated water surface for investment and production stabilization. The locality will propagate and mobilize people to change the farming form from traditional wooden cages to new materials (HDPE) that can withstand waves and ensure safety; orientation for people to raise aquatic products of high economic value, key products... to both increase economic efficiency and preserve the farming environment.
For open sea areas, capable businesses will be called to invest in marine aquaculture in the direction of industry, applying science and technology, raising with modern cages to increase commercial production. In addition, the province will form linkage groups, establish aquaculture cooperatives to link with businesses to form linkage chains, consume products, and stabilize output for farmers.
