Vietnam’s shrimp exports in Q1 2025 reached USD 939 million, a 37% increase compared to the same period in 2024. This impressive growth is thanks to recovering demand in major markets, especially China, the US, and Japan. However, behind the optimistic figures lie risks related to reciprocal tariffs from President Trump and ongoing global trade instability.
