Accordingly, Vietnam pangasius mandatory companies received the antidumping duty rate at the lowest level compared to the previous administrative reviews.
In the POR8, Vinh Hoan Corp and Anvifish Co were selected to be mandatory respondents and granted the rate of zero weighted average on their fish exported to the U.S. market in the period.
DOC determined the weight-average dumping margins for the non-selected respondents in this review by averaging the weight-average dumping margins calculated for the mandatory respondents. Therefore, the rate established for the separate rate respondents is a per-unit rate of US$0.00 per kilogram. Vietnam-wide entity rate was set at US$2.11 per kilogram.
DOC will issue the final results of POR8 within 120 days after publishing the preliminary results. The Department may choose Bangladesh as the primary surrogate country and use fish pricing data of Bangladesh Department of Agriculture Marketing (DAM) – Ministry of Agriculture to calculate the antidumping duty on Vietnam frozen pangasius fillets.
