From favorable natural conditions for aquaculture to the application of advanced technologies in production and processing, Vietnam’s pangasius industry has overcome numerous challenges to establish a solid position in the global market.

However, the industry faces substantial challenges, including environmental issues, intense competition from other countries, and international trade barriers. This report delves into factors affecting the industry's development while offering practical solutions and recommendations to ensure the sustainable and efficient growth of Vietnam’s pangasius sector.

Aiming to provide comprehensive and detailed insights into the pangasius industry over the past decade, this report aspires to be a valuable resource for stakeholders. It will assist pangasius enterprises in enhancing competitiveness, optimizing production and export activities, and support government agencies in formulating policies for the sustainable development of Vietnam's seafood industry.
