New H/C form for seafood consignments exported to Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus
(vasep.com.vn) On January 31st 2013, National Agro–Forestry-Fisheries Quality Assurance Department (NAFIQAD) has issued the official letter No. 187/QLCL-CL1 on granting the new form of health certification (HC) for exporting seafood consignments to Customs Union of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus.
On January 28th 2013, NAFIQAD received the official letter No. 03/2013 BĐH of Steering Board for Exporting Seafood to Russian Federation under Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) which informed that since January 1st 2013, Russian inspection agency only accepts products originated from animal exported to the Union with the new HC form .
To avoid problems arising in the process of exporting seafood to the market, NAFIQAD asked seafood exporters allowed to export to Customs Union to actively contact with importers to ease difficulties relating to new HC form.
When encountering problems arising in the process of exporting seafood, enterprises should request NAFIQAD’s branches in localities to be granted new HC form regulated by Customs Union and return old HC form.
