In the last two months, the export value of pangasius to the US market has continuously grown strongly. Previously, in April 2021, the export value of pangasius to this market also increased by 136%, reaching 30.3 million USD.
Right from the end of 2020, when the COVID-19 epidemic situation in the US was better controlled, the country's pangasius inventory was reduced, the demand for importing frozen pangasius products recovered. Therefore, in the first half of this year, pangasius export value to the US increased positively again.
By the end of May 2021, the export value of pangasius to five potential markets, namely Mexico, Brazil, Thailand, Colombia, and Russia, has grown positively by three digits.
