In middle September, 2010, Intertek will grant this certificate for Docifarm farming area of DOCIFISH. This is one of farming areas belonging to the material development strategy characterized by high, stable and sustainable quality and environmental friendliness in compliance with criteria of export markets.
He added one customer will underwrite all product output of this farming area of 6 ha with capacity of 2,000 tons/year. It is a good premise for DOCIFISH to expand its clean material resource for approaching integrated raising households and leading toward ASC standards. The product is labeled and certified safe to customer’s health and environment by ASC.
It is expected in 2011 there would be at least 2 more material regions of DOCIFISH and 1 more integrated farming households meeting Global GAP-ASC standards, striving to fulfill the target of at least 50% of processed material resource of DOCIFISH meeting this standard.
