Ben Tre: Clam to get MSC certification

The Department’s Deputy Director Tran Thi Thu Nga said the certification grant is a result of concerted efforts of provincial authorities and people over the past 10 years. Presently, there are some 2,400 MSC-certified fisheries worldwide. Ben Tre clam is expected to be the first in Viet Nam and in Southeast Asia to receive the MSC certification. (VietfishNews)
