Lenger will soon expand its clam processing factory worth $2.5 million in Vietnam

(seafood. vasep.com.vn)Sales Director Igor Kint, Lenger Seafood Group based in the Netherlands, said that the company is about to expand its clam processing factory in Nam Dinh province.

This factory will use the same equipment and processing techniques as the company's factory in the Netherlands to ensure high quality products, aiming to produce clams mainly for export to EU, the US and Asia.

Operated from 2017, the facility can process 700 tons of product per year. That number will increase to 10,000 tons, Kint said, and the expansion project will double that capacity once fully operational.

The initial investment in the factory in Vietnam is about 5 million USD; The investment to expand the factory is 2 million USD - 2.5 million USD.
