VASEP Highlight - July 2023: CPTPP keeping advantages for Vietnam seafood exports in 2023

In the second quarter of 2023, Vietnam's seafood exports reached an export turnover of over 2.3 billion USD, 30% higher than the first quarter. However, compared to the same period in 2022, the negative growth rate of 27.5% remained unchanged. Therefore, by the end of the first half of this year, seafood exports were 27.5% lower than the same period last year, reaching 4.15 billion USD.
