On July 14th, 2010, The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued the Circular 43/2010/TT-BNNPTNT on amending and supplementing the Articles 16 and 17 of the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry's Circular No. 06/2010/ TT-BNNPTNT of February 2, 2010, stipulating the order of and procedures for quarantine of aquatic animals and aquatic products.

This Circular takes effect on the date of its signing.

Any problems arising in the course of implementation should be reported to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study and settlement.
